Dealer & Trade Program Terms & Conditions:

  • If accepted as a Eden Bath partner the undersigned hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.
  • Final acceptance is solely at the discretion of Eden Bath and G-NET Inc.
  • Eden Bath hereby grants a sales license to the reseller listed above during the term of this agreement which can be terminated by the reseller or Eden Bath at any time providing a minimum of 10 days notice is given. The sales license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
  • Any selling aids used by the reseller other than what is provided in the reseller package must be authorized with Eden Bath before use.
  • The reseller must agree to represent Eden Bath as an agency/reseller/dealer and not Eden Bath itself.
  • The parties expressly agree that the reseller shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses under this agreement and that Eden Bath shall have no obligation to reimburse reseller for said costs or expenses.
  • Drop shipped orders are subject to a 5% fee.
  • Eden Bath marketing material, which includes printed material as well as digital files can only be used to market Eden Bath products, any use of materials provided by Eden Bath product that is not provided by Eden Bath is not allowed and will be subject to fines.


Payment Terms & Shipping:

  • The reseller agrees that all goods purchased remain the property of Eden Bath until paid in full.
  • International orders must be pre-paid by a bank draft or wire/telex transfer.
  • Reseller is responsible for the payment of delivery charges as well as any customs/brokerage fees incurred.


Conditions Of Sale & Product Returns:

  • Items can be returned for a refund (Iess 15% restocking fee and shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase date.
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase date.
  • Used items can not be returned for refund or credit.
  • Items purchased in volume (over 3 identical units) can not be returned or exchanged.
  • The owner/purchaser agrees that all goods remain the property of Eden Bath until full payment is received.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and brokerage charges involved in returning a product for exchange or refund.
  • Clearance and special order items can not be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
  • All credit card transactions are processed in Canadian funds, US dollar value is converted based on the days exchange rate. Fluctuations in the exchange rate between processing and posting can and will occur and can be up to 2% (either more or less). Overages due to this fluctuation will not be credited.


Product Warranty:

  • All Eden Bath products come with a one year limited warranty.
  • All Eden Bath products are warrantied against cracking and warping as well as maintaining a clear waterproof finish.
  • Warranty does not cover cracking of sinks by thermal shock (quick temperature changes from hot to cold and vice versa).
  • Warranty does not extend to items that are physically damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of misuse
  • Warranty does not extend to items that are damaged due to improper installation.


Important Note: We require a faxed or e-mailed copy of your business license or vendors permit before the application can be accepted. Please fax this to 519-780-1758 or email to sales@edenbath.com. If you are located within Ontario, Canada and require PST exemption we require a PST blanket form to be faxed to us.
